The quickest way to reach us is by email athello@freetoolsmith.com. We read everything, though a reply may take a few days.
What is most useful to send
- A tool giving a wrong answer. Please include the values you entered and the result you expected. This is the most important kind of report we get and it goes to the front of the queue.
- A tool request. Tell us what you are trying to work out and what you currently use instead. Specific requests are far more useful than general ones.
- Something broken. A page that will not load or a control that does not respond. Mentioning your browser and device helps a great deal.
What we cannot help with
We cannot give financial, legal, tax or medical advice, and we cannot tell you what result you should be getting for your particular circumstances. The tools show how a calculation works; deciding whether it applies to your situation is something to take up with a qualified professional. See our disclaimer.

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. We use it only to reply. We do not add it to any mailing list, because we do not have one. See our privacy policy.
